Lists all parcels (by municipalityCode, departmentCode and sectionCode).

data	optional parameter to choose a data source: rvv\|adp (default)	Define this parameter in the request URI.
status	optional parameter to select a data source: fiscal(default)\|actual (only relevant for data=adp)	Define this parameter in the request URI.
