Een gelijkvloerse toegang voor ondergrondse of hangende constructies wordt eveneens als gebouw aan de grond beschouwd. Bepaalde duurzame bouwsels die aan bovenstaande definitie beantwoorden, worden echter in andere GRB-entiteiten opgenomen en niet hier.
